Decent company in constant change. Conceptually things were good, but too many cooks in the kitchen and a whole lot of turnover in terms of employees/management. Benefits were pretty good (health, 401K etc.)
Got to a point of high stress never really knowing one week to the next whether or not one still had a job. Turnover across the board was extensive, - more... multiple layoffs every couple of months.
Communication from the top level down was sporadic and inconsistent.
