Pay more to have better qualified people, make sure your systems work properly, your teams are being supervised much better and train people until they are confident. Also try to develop peoples particular talents so they can thrive instead of drown in a very fast paced and sometimes frustrating environment.

I’d be sure to supply concrete hours for staff in the est centers. They work extremely hard and do their best to be available. Also, I’d start them with a higher wage as the hours re part-time and I believe there would be less room for retention.
