CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant in Idaho Falls, ID

Lack of consideration towards staff. It's a hostile work environment. Staff is easily bullied there. Not a good place to work which affects patient care. Management only cares about the bottom line. Not interested in good quality care of individuals. Not to mention the nepatism that takes place there.

Current management is great, accessible to staff and seen out on the floor interacting with pts and staff. Floor staff help one another to maintain pt care and to answer pt needs.
Physical Therapist Assistant in Idaho Falls, ID

I worked at Promontory for nearly 10 years. What kept me there was the therapy department, my coworkers were fun, very supportive. We looked out for each other. What I became frustrated with was the ability to continue to grow as a professional and had not had a raise in 3 years because I was “maxed” out. There was no bonus program to have the ability to work toward earning more.

I am a current employee and LOVE my job. The new management team cares not only for the patients but also for their staff as well. I have never seen a DON deep clean like the one we have now. Cant wait to watch Promontory Point keep growing.

Not great. No loyalty. Management forgets that patient care should be the number 1 priority.
