Regional Revenue Accounting (Current Employee) –  Boston, MASeptember 28, 2018
Started with Propark as bookkeeper in December 2001 and I learned a lot quickly about the company’s business and the American accounting system. The organizational culture encompasses values and behaviors that gives opportunity and room to grow with the company, in less than a year I was promoted to a higher position.
Pros
Flexibility & adaptability
Cons
less benfits

Overall a good place to work but some cons
Supervisor, Customer Service (Current Employee) –  Fort Lauderdale, FLJuly 7, 2019
Manager is very good and works with you a lot. Higher management and some employees have favoritism with the owner and other employees aren’t treated fairly in my opinion. Sometimes stressful with the limited staff only 2 people work each shift. Pay is ok and a lot of times you are sitting not doing anything.

it's fast paced but you can advance and do the work if you apply yourself and pay attention to detail and work dilligently and have a positive attitude
