Typical work week is 7 days a week. Overworked & Underpaid. Most often multi-tasking several positions filling in for lack of employees. No HR support to speak of. Recruitment is always short. Senior management support is non existent.

Manager is very good and works with you a lot. Higher management and some employees have favoritism with the owner and other employees aren’t treated fairly in my opinion. Sometimes stressful with the limited staff only 2 people work each shift. Pay is ok and a lot of times you are sitting not doing anything.
