Office politics take precedence over quality of work
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Colchester, VTFebruary 15, 2019
Gained some new skills while working here, but found out very quickly that management will go out of their way to let you go without notice if they don't feel like you fit in with their office environment regardless of how well the quality of your work is.

Completely unprofessional organization
Implementation (Former Employee) –  Winooski, VTDecember 19, 2018
Company is very poorly organized, hires big mouth managers with no skills and drives out any people with real skills to appease egos. Allow for lying, toxic atmosphere and open hostility between teams. Support teams in VT are professional, others are not- allowed to get away with just about anything, boast that sales are the only reason people in company have jobs. Extremely unprofessional environment.

Decaying culture and inept managment
SEO (Former Employee) –  Temecula, CASeptember 6, 2018
This place is a mess. The leadership team is making decisions that are both bad for the employees and the clients. This company has always paid very poorly compared to industry standards but the work level used to be reasonable. Now the environment is one of over-worked employees who feel no sense of job security. Employees are being terminated in groups without warning. Clients are being billed but the work they are paying for is not being properly seen to. I would recommend caution when considering interacting with this company as a staff member or client.

Management and commission structure
Internet Marketing Advisor (Current Employee) –  Temecula, CAAugust 20, 2018
There are a lot of management changes currently happening. They are also changing our commission structure that will make it much more difficult to earn decent commission.
Pros
Flexibility
Cons
Not a level playing field in sales

A Fish Rots From The Head Down
SEO Specialist (Former Employee) –  Temecula, CAAugust 8, 2018
This company does not value its employees. They overwork the SEO department and under pay them. They do not care how much stress you have or how much you ask for help they will always throw the SEO team under the bus. Besides for a select few, upper management is clueless and irresponsible. One particular supervisor hardly shows up for work at all. If you are looking for any type of SEO work I would highly recommend looking elsewhere as this company does not value its employees and only promotes the idea of making more money through sales in an immoral fashion. They do not train their new team members either and will throw you into the fire with no experience. Not to mention that the CEO has already caused 2 other companies to go bankrupt.
Pros
Flexible Hours
Cons
Everything. The company is horrible.

Nice people, poor salary
SEO Content Writer (Current Employee) –  Temecula, CANovember 13, 2017
While the people are nice on a personal level, the lack of organization here is staggering, and creates a "it wasn't me" environment from all departments. Typical stuff, they just haven't figure it out yet. Once they do, and realize the content writers need far less side jobs or far more money, it could be a great place to work.
Pros
Free lunches, nice people
Cons
terrible pay, lacking organization and clarity of job duties

Not a productive or fun workplace. Employees are leaving left and right.
Web Master (Former Employee) –  Winooski, VTJanuary 10, 2017
I have serious concerns about this company's future. They may not be around for much longer with how horrible the company is managed. People are leaving much faster than they can possible hire with the negative press and reviews.

Frontend Developer (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAAugust 10, 2016
Great CEO

Management not so great. Lack of team environment. Division within departments. However some employees surpass normal duties to branch into other departments in aiding and producing quality content and feedback.
Pros
Location, Flexible Hours, Great IT department
Cons
Behind on trends, Limited to no education for designers/developers, A lot of overqualified people in mundane positions.

Company was great, sales manager did not have experience & sucks but as long as you do, you'll be okay. Upper management does nothing but run contests and has a good ol boy mentality.
