Prospect does not have good benefits, no 401k match, expensive health benefits with a very poor roster of doctors. Pay is not competitive, and people are in multiple job roles in an effort to save money!

The culture is the worst. DON'T recruit great people if you have no intent on supporting them. Foster a culture of inclusion and excellence by taking out the trash managing your hospitals into the ground.

The complex corporate politics making it impossible to do your job while dancing through the minefield. To be successful at Prospect you have to learn to play the game and keep your focus on the owners bank account not what is best for the patient.
