No one knows what they are doing. Departments are run by three blind mice. If you correct them then you get written up.

The managers are dictators. There is lot of favoritism, biased and in qualified people running the department. Managers are only worried about their bonuses.

Unrealistic expectations, micromanaged environment, no 401k match, low pay, offsite parking, no structure, employee turnover is REAL for this company, well-being is at stake.

How is this organization still in business, management wastes so much time on useless and unproductive ideas. Department's are micromanaged, employees are treated like children. A total dysfunctional disaster organization with low pay, low quality benefits, no interest in automation, low morale, no respect and the list goes on and on, all this while they work you to the point of illness.

The environment is stressful most new hires leave within 3 weeks to 6 months. This is st all levels. What does that day, PROSPECT is a disaster, disorganized and with no intention to automate nor get with the time. They are manual process company making a lot of mistakes. There is no training
And definitely no perks to keep you there for retirement. NO marching 401K, 30 cent raise. NO REAL MERIT increases that is only reserved for the higher ups never the employees.

Very over worked, with no training. They teach you how to use the computer system and then pretty much just throw you out there expecting you to know all of the current rules. The training received by each employee is different. I was expectation to ask questions that I didn't know I needed to ask. Co workers are great, bit management doesn't want coworkers asking others questions, or even shadowing each other for training.
