Performance Programs Quality Care Coordinator (Current Employee) – Orange, CA – June 27, 2018
I work 40+ hours a week. Pay is not very good considering the amount of tasks that are assigned on a daily basis. The work environment is good when morale is kept in encouragement. Unfortunately prospect medical does not match 401k and health benefits are pricey. Over all, it is a great place to get your foot in the door and soak up as much information as possible for future endeavors.
flexibility with hours and PTO requests
No 401k match, health benefits are a little pricey, difficulty in company advancement
Accountant (Former Employee) – Orange, CA – May 24, 2019
I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at this company. Poor benefits and leadership. I've never worked at a company with so much office politics until this one. Annual raise is so meager that it's not even enough to cover inflation. The only good thing is friendly coworkers.
Director (Former Employee) – Culver City, CA – May 19, 2019
Prospect Medical Holdings values profits for the owners above the safety of their patient and staff. Employee benefits are minimal, the top tier health insurance is $270 a month with a 20% co-insurance each office visit and no 401K matching. Many facilities are old and maintenance is seriously lacking. Many roofs leak leading to wet floors and moldy walls. Staff complaints of safety issues are ignored or is met with retaliation and termination.
