If you like to be micromanaged without your voice being heard, this is the place to be!!
Credentialing Coordinator (Current Employee) – Orange, CA – April 19, 2014
The company is all about the management. The department is extremely micromanaged. Your voice is not heard over management even if you're right. You are expected to do alot of work and the pay is not up to par for the workload. Don't expect to go to upper management for help because it won't happen!! And parking???? You are expected to park two buildings away in the Outlet Mall parking lot!
Accountant (Former Employee) – Orange, CA – May 24, 2019
I wouldn't recommend anyone to work at this company. Poor benefits and leadership. I've never worked at a company with so much office politics until this one. Annual raise is so meager that it's not even enough to cover inflation. The only good thing is friendly coworkers.
Director (Former Employee) – Culver City, CA – May 19, 2019
Prospect Medical Holdings values profits for the owners above the safety of their patient and staff. Employee benefits are minimal, the top tier health insurance is $270 a month with a 20% co-insurance each office visit and no 401K matching. Many facilities are old and maintenance is seriously lacking. Many roofs leak leading to wet floors and moldy walls. Staff complaints of safety issues are ignored or is met with retaliation and termination.
