When someone emails you about a problem in the work place, maybe really investigate it instead of just calling or emailing someone from the city you are in. When you get back with that person that emailed you about a problem, actually get back with them instead of having someone else get back with them.
Pay employees accordingly to performance. They gave everyone a 5% raise this year across the board only due to tax legislation and basically meant none of the yearly evaluations mean anything. Regardless of your work effort everyone got the same % of raise. It's created a lot of inequality between those who work hard and those who show up only to clock in.
Dont be so cheap on the employees! They deal with ALOT hectic stuff behind the scenes. They are very underrated and its nit fair. Also management should be looked at. Too much favortisim going on.
Invest in your buildings and equipment. Stop being so cheap!
