Protocall provided a space for me after I graduated with my MSW to get the professional experience, training, and confidence to move into other positions outside of Protocall. Work schedules depend on what the current need for the call center is and what time of year it is. I started on Swing which is 2nd shift and am now working a hybrid between 3rd - more... and 1st shift.
