Management needs to approve more time off for their employees to prevent burn out. They should participate in "touch downs" with clients more often to offer support.
I would advise the CEO to have a pot luck luncheon with the clients to discuss how we can improve the program to better serve and help the clients and children along with their significant other's and other family members to overcome their short comings and become productive members of society. As our clients grow, then the program grows
The CEO was instrumental in providing a confidential survey to all staff every year. The results were shared in staff meetings and many of the concerns were adhered to. My advice would be to keep surveys ongoing and continue to maintain an open door policy.
