ABA Therapist (RBT) in Rockville, MD

Responsive and caring staff! They quickly answer questions and help with issues, even though they have a large variety of staff spread far out. The only thing I don't like is their payroll process and the time it takes for checks to arrive.

BCBA in New York

Pros: Working with different types of kids, hourly pay is goodCons: inconsistent hours with no cancellation policy, no PTO, hard to get benefits with such a high hourly requirement, little work/life balance
Behavioral Technician in New York, NY

My only issues were with my BCBA, she wasn't fully professional and lacked in the communication department. My supervisor was great, the interview process itself was very comfortable and comforting. When you start to have issues with the client is when they become unsupportive and then start to penalize you. Great service for their clients and good pay.

Love working here as a BT. The office staff and BCBA's are always so supportive. I started off with little experience but their office staff and BCBA helped me achieve my dream of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician
