The management started in increasingly micro-manage as time went on. You had to document what you were doing every hour every single day, regardless of how busy you were and then create a report every week detailing those hours. Good company parties though
company parties, massages, able to take cat naps
detailing every hour of every day, micromanaging, pay wasn't up to par
Good people, poor management and lack of direction
Sr. Manager, Quality and Governance (Former Employee) – NJ – November 14, 2017
Too many conflicts within C level management. Lack of direction and no strategic long term goals. The company has no transparency and announced split of the company into 2 after a month of the split as an example of chaos.
