Providence
Providence RN Staff Nurse Review
Organized and productive
RN Staff Nurse (Current Employee) - Olympia, WA - September 15, 2023
The system is very organized and there are many roles involved in the inpatient setting. Phlebotomists, CNAs, IV nurses, in person interpreters, etc are there to assist RNs. They are supportive in your learning and give you time and reimbursement for education.

Best place to work by far! I have been to many different facilities in my career in healthcare in Alaska and I can’t say enough about providence and how they have helped to get me to where I am today!

The people you work with make up for the upper management's lack of knowledge.
Certifed Nursing Assistant (Former Employee) - Olympia, WA - November 16, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The people that work and receive care there .. the upper management is unfortunately not connected to the staff so have no idea of the jobs being done on the floor. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The upper management changing things without knowing how the jobs are actually done. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? When I started it was very family oriented. When I left it was for profit. What is a typical day like for you at the company? On your feet 12 hours running. But the fellow staff are just brilliant.
