Providence
Providence RN ANM Review
Favoritism and cliques
RN ANM (Former Employee) - Burbank, CA - September 12, 2023
If you want to work with management that plays favoritism, providence is the place for you! This is the worst place to work. Looks some place else. The work culture is extremely cliquish. You can work hard but it doesn’t matter cause favs will always get recognition.
Pros
They’ll force you into retirement after 40 years of loyalty
Cons
If you’re not a favorite, you’ll get no where!

Best place to work by far! I have been to many different facilities in my career in healthcare in Alaska and I can’t say enough about providence and how they have helped to get me to where I am today!

Supportive staff
RN (Current Employee) - Tarzana, CA - October 24, 2023
Supportive staff that makes it have a good learning environment for new grads. Hospital is clean and organized. Management is supportive of the nurses.

Managers and Educators are amazing
ICU RN (Current Employee) - Burbank, CA - July 5, 2023
I started off here as a new grad and I love it. No matter where you go, there will always be challenging patients or being short sometimes- but honestly your coworkers and management are what make or break the workplace. I feel very supported by my nursing manager and assistant managers. All of the nursing educators are amazing too. I highly recommend you apply here if you’re a new grad/young nurse. They are very welcoming and the travelers who have came here stayed as per diem/ft even after their contracts were done. You are never alone here. If you want to have many interesting cases and great experience- apply here. -ICU TIPs.
