Nurse Practitioner (Current Employee) - Orange County, CA - November 13, 2022
Enjoyed the pay, benefits, schedule and colleagues. Management could use a lot of work and be better. Don't feel truly respected as a provider here. Mass lay off of 100+ (MAs and NP/PAs) and not everyone offered a severance package for getting laid off. Unfortunate the closure of these ambulatory clinics, it very good idea with value and much needed access to Providence patients. Poor marketing and poor start up lead to its fault. Now time for all of us to find a better job with a better management.
Pros
Pay, benefit, bonuses, flexible schedule, 12 hour shifts
Cons
Management, more business than clinical, poor business decision making, mass lay offs

NP (Former Employee) - Portland, OR - August 31, 2022
Good company, large, a lot of options to transfer to different departments depending on needs. Company had a lot of opportunities for growth, helpful benefits like tuition reimbursement.

Scheduling.
Vascular Technologist (Former Employee) - Little Company of Mary San Pedro - April 25, 2023
My managers were great, however the day to day supervision in the department was less than ideal. Schedules were not well or fairly weighted. Call schedules were not well or fairly distributed between techs.
Pros
Good benefits.
Cons
Short shifts and constant call schedule.
