At first they seem like a good group but then they suck the life out of you.
Everything (Former Employee) –  1 orms streetMay 25, 2018
At first they seem like a good group but then they suck the life out of you. While you come to work everyday the ceo and lower management won't even recognize or say anything. The crazy part is they have a circle of people who don't do anything. However, the young kids coming out of college are being used to pick up the slack of the circle that doesn't do anything. It's a waste of time to work here. You're better off going to any other hotel. Lastly, they don't appreciate you're hard work at all when its time to move on.
Pros
You get one meal.
Cons
You get one meal for a 10 to 12 hour period.

Poor management, front desk thought they ran the place!
Gofer (Former Employee) –  The HoodOctober 16, 2017
Worse place I ever worked, the mgt was dumb as a rock front desk staff at night was full of morons that would do anything the boss said to do and throw you under the bus in a heart beat! Stay away! Go work at Burger King!

Had a blast here, while I did not work here long it is a great job for someone while in school or trying to find their first real job - highly recommend.

Overall a good place to work
Associate (Current Employee) –  Providence, RIJune 29, 2017
Like anything there can always been improvements but it's not a bad place to work for. There could be better incentives and the like but they do have a decent atmosphere and tend to be like famiy once you've gotten into it.
Pros
free lunch, is a Marriott and the likeness of that.
Cons
needs better pay.
