This place has high employee turnovers, many employee quitting because of the Executive director. As a result you will have to work 2-4 jobs at the same time.

Horrible leadership it was suppose to be assisting living but trust me it's skilled u use hoyers, sit to stand and subject to be working alone

Wondering if you will have a job tomorrow. They have certain people who they like and if your not one your useless. They make big deals of nothing. Working with people who are lazy or people who will tattle on anything you do. Too many cheifs. No teamwork.

Working with lazy workers and with a Director that is terrible, and listening to the Activities "Director" run her mouth all day.

Waiting for answers; having to ask for everything vs. corporate or HR anticipating/fulfilling needs having done this so many times. Never knowing if corporate is listening or if the founder knows what the Number 2-3 executive people in the company are actually doing and problems they are perpetuating.

Creepy manager that flaunted his affairs with the CNA. The aviary was supposed to be pleasant and calming for residents but was not maintained: overpopulation and poor regulation lead to bird fighting and harm. Many bald and injured birds . Very sad
