10.00 base pay but they give their picks more money in Rome GA. Promised raises and we never see them and evaluation raises are a joke. 3-5 cent raises

Pay is $8 as starting rage doesnt get bump up until after a year of work. Only get bump up by $2 if u work at a supposed free disney trip. (They make you work instead of enjoying the free trip)

Lol it was a joke, starting pay was 8 even. My yearly "raise" was $0.03! Even when my evaluation was spotless. I worked there for early three years and my pay jumped to $9.37 that's only becuase starting pay was moved to $9.25! No chance to move up and better yourself/pay. If you're in desperate need of money don't work here!

When I started last year at the Raleigh facility I was given 12.25 now they are starting people with 13.00 trust me you will work every bit for it.
