Decent paying job starting off at $19Good place to get experience to move on to a bigger and better company.Management isn't always the best but if they like you and your good or decent worker they will look out for you.
Switchman in Beaumont, TX
on May 15, 2022
If you work as a switchman you’re lucky, switching supervisor and safety & training supervisor are great at their jobs and treat everyone fair and with respect. No pressure atmosphere from supervisor and will have your back. Crude supervisors are sub par and do not treat everyone the same or with respect. Refine supervisor is great also.

-good company to get foot in door or to stay at -good employees that become friends -not the greatest management -management doesn’t go to bat for you
EBL in Knoxville, TN

Poor pay don’t get yearly raises when you are suppose too treat new hire better then the worker that’s been there the longest ….a lot of hard work with a lot of safety procedures with a lot of dangerous work ….
Loader/Unloader in Plaquemine, LA
on April 27, 2022
Good job, easy, doesn’t pay much per hour but you are always working so it evens out. Supervision are all buddies so don’t expect to move too far unless you join the group. Low pay cap and low start pay with low promotion rate unless you are a cool kid.
