Lots of information crammed into a short time. You hear it once, practice once and that's it. Not much help once on floor, all questions are answered the same, " what does knowledge base say?" Very stressfull. It's a Valley of the Dolls environment.

Very thorough. Even when you are put on the floor they have other agents offline/not on the phones to assist you if there is an issue.
