A HR rep. , front line mngt., and a mngt. from each operation hold a meeting once a year with at least 4 Proctors (F/T or P/T) from each region that have been with the company 3 years or more . Have the proctors bring to the meeting 3 things they like about working at PSI and 3 things that they feel need improvement. Mngt. ensure the meeting is productive for both sides.

Have onsite supervisors instead of supervisors that are in touch with you via email/phone and never meet you in person. PSI supervisors and HR need some revamping and need to learn how to treat their proctors. Supervisors at PSI in the past 2 years have been micro managing and treating employees without any respect. PSI supervisors and managers don't care about on site employees and need to learn how to communicate better

Corporate office should check out facts rather then take word of supervisor. Especially if the supervisor is seriously ill and just wants peace and her job to end. Sad. I worked by myself for years because we are in a difficult area to fill pt spots. I was told I helped a well driller . odd but I don't know a thing about drilling a well and he failed his test about 8 times. It was an excuse because the supervisor had cancer and didn't have enough strength to really check this out. It is impossible to help someone. And why would you. ???? So beware.
