Awesome management but you work with disposal waste. So it can be gross climbing into the back of a compactor filled with maggots and flies on top of awful smelling rotten foods.

Decent pay if you know how to negotiate. If you’re a self starter then you’re set, because there is no professional guidance here. Management is the epitome of unprofessional. Even if you get promoted, you get a pat on the back but no pay raise. If you’re efficient you get to do other peoples’ job too.

Lots of turnover. No good managers. No room for growth. They only promote and hire their own. Wrong people in positions of power! This place is a joke.

Overall a good career with good benefits. Good Company - Some internal issues but overall good place to be. Every Company has issues but the local management definitely cares
