Great job. Love what I do. I get paid to see the country. This isn't for everyone. It takes dedicated, mission minded, team driven people to do what we do. We are on the road for days at a time and time management is a very necessary skill in our line of work. The experience has been extremely invaluable.
Is the job perfect? No job is, but this job can be very rewarding.
I've been to places I normally would not be able to go if I was working any other job. One of my favorite things is that I'm not stuck in an office cubicle for 8-10 hours a day wishing I was doing something else.
Management is moving in a new direction and the future looks bright. I Definitely appreciate the movement toward taking care of the employees while on the road and making sure we have everything we need to complete our jobs safely and efficiently. The new direction management is moving toward, with making this company one where employees come first and work not feeling like work is something I'm definitely looking forward to.
Definitely want to grow with this company do this for as long as I am able.
Not stuck in an office, Pay, Plenty of work, management listens
Lots of road time, some mediocre coworkers, Some clients make our jobs hard
