I loved being with PCG, every day was different from the consumer I worked with. If you enjoy the job or not is very dependant on the kind of job you are looking for as well as the family you are assisting. I learned so much from my time here and I am very happy I worked with them.

Hiring process was quick and easy as they needed more employees at the time. Work was busy in the beginning but the managers were very helpful in providing assistance and there were a lot of seasoned coworkers who were very willing to help. Wouldn't mind working for them again.

I worked as a contact tracer here and it was a good experience. Felt good to help people during the pandemic. Was a difficult job but always felt supported by my employer
