Good pay and benefits

Good benefits. Lots of different things to do in a days work. The inmates are generally pleasant and appreciative of the care provided The jails are chronically short staffed so you work short a lot of the time. There is little positive feedback from the current managers. They are very nitpicky and critical. Don't expect this job to allow much - more ... of your nursing judgement to be used as you are expected to worked within the arbitrry guidelines set by Jail Health Services - less
ProsGood pay, benefits, varied tasks
