The interview process was very straight-forward and the Branch Manager that hired me was fluid with communication throughout the process.

First there is a phone interview/screening. If that goes well, there are two simulations to complete (virtual teller, and virtual cash register). These simulations are done at a home computer. Once the simulations are passed, back office gives your information to the managers of branches hiring in your area. And then an in person interview is set up. If offered a position, a background check and drug test will be ran. The process of being hired took about four weeks including application completion.
