It paid well. And there were good people there, but we were understaffed and overworked. Management was often more concerned with internal organizational issues than the work for the clients and the clients. The clients on my account were fantastic to work with.
Publicis allowed employees to create their own path and encouraged collaboration. There were many opportunities to develop relationships with business partners which helped expose the employees to all parts of the organization.

This is as good a contract sales company as any. They are mildly organized and seem to be good so far. It is a good way to get into a tough industry, and they are mostly only as good as the company that they contract with. I would recommend it for someone trying to get into pharma sales.
