Finance Manager (Former Employee) – Yardley, PA – February 6, 2019
Depending on you department work/life balance may be challenging, especially from mid-level and above. Company is very flexible with working from home. The benefits are better than most other companies, and most positions are well paid.
Regional Business Manager (Former Employee) – California – August 20, 2018
Great experience working at Publicis Health, I would work for them again. Senior Leadership was very responsive to any requests that I had. Changes were made when it was obvious that our current structure was not effective.
Publicis allowed employees to create their own path and encouraged collaboration. There were many opportunities to develop relationships with business partners which helped expose the employees to all parts of the organization.
Account Director (Former Employee) – Chicago, IL – April 17, 2018
It paid well. And there were good people there, but we were understaffed and overworked. Management was often more concerned with internal organizational issues than the work for the clients and the clients. The clients on my account were fantastic to work with.
Executive Assistant (Current Employee) – Yardley, PA – February 13, 2018
Expectations are very high; you are asked to do a multitude of jobs that may not fall inside your job description. Colleagues are very young but it is a fun place to work. Sometimes it feels like a start up company rather than the corporate conglomerate it is. Management doesn't encourage learning new things.
Hybrid Sales Representative (Current Employee) – Yardley, PA – January 3, 2018
The best parts of the job are my coworkers and company culture. They make a difficult career an enjoyable one. I truly adore the culture of this company, they believe in an internal promotion system and provide a safety net for their employees that perform at their highest potential. It is an environment conducive to learning and Publicis makes sure it appropriately trains all its team members.

Difficult caseload, stressful work, fear of the unknown (sales contracts)
Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist (Current Employee) – California – October 11, 2017
This is as good a contract sales company as any. They are mildly organized and seem to be good so far. It is a good way to get into a tough industry, and they are mostly only as good as the company that they contract with. I would recommend it for someone trying to get into pharma sales.
Business Development (Current Employee) – New York, NY – September 26, 2017
Management does not communicate well. The lack of communication wastes a lot of time and makes it very difficult to get things done - it puts a road block in things. There isn't much opportunity for growth.
