At Publix, we are all one big family. The obvious perks of being a Publix associate include purchasing stock, benefits and pay. However, the best part of working at Publix is the leadership. The leaders at Publix work alongside you, not above you, to make it a great place to work. Even during a pandemic, our leaders worked around the clock to make sure associates and customers were safe.

Bad management
Answered March 17, 2017
Treat everyone equal and hire them either part time (25 hours) or full time (40 hours). Giving them 10 and 12 hours is cruel to the employ that has bill to pay. Train the disable to do more that bag or collect buggies. Some of them are really good stocking and work really hard to follow the rules. Give everyone a chance and people wouldn’t be leaving so much.
