I cannot answer this with 100% certainty but I am pretty sure they do not. The company has a general culture of strictness, they drug test even for marijuana and do an extensive background check.

Yes they do...i was hire at publix in march 2012 8months after i was release i stay with the company till august 2018.....please do not listen to peoplewho say they dont because yes they do....i have a drug offense on my record so please do not hesitate to apply...they are a fair company and they will hear you out....
