How long does the process of drug screening and back ground check take, and follow up for people who went through the interview and were sent to screening? Still waiting no response from Publix yet even though follow-up call was done.

At the job fair, it took fifteen minutes. I was hired the same day, along with about fifty others. They’ll drug test you on the spot and your background is checked over time.
