Show some respect. Don't hire additional people when there are not enough hours to go around, especially in seasonal stores.

Stop giving hours to associates that sit in the bathroom and play video games while the hardworking employees are doing our jobs plus these lazy baggers job. Give hours to those who have families to provide for unlike these teenagers!

Lower the yearly requirement for hours needed in order for part-time employees to get medical insurance. 1,500 hours per year is just too many. And part-timers are criticized for getting more than 35 hours per week. Publix CAN afford it.

Don't have someone work 9 hours get off work and have them come back to work only 8 -10 hours later to work 10 hours. Studies have shown this is not healthy

Nothing, if they want to leave then you are not getting 100% from them so move them out and pay attention to your good employees. Every store has the employee that would rather be playing video games, get rid of them. Catch your employees doing something right and tell them good job! Goes a long way.
