There are many other tribes in New Mexico that provide a healthy experience. If you have a conscience it will be best to seek employment elsewhere because you could be forced to make bad, unfair decisions about peoples lives that will cost your job if you don't conform. This place is not a place for the good hearted. It truly is not worth your conscience.

The job was great I loved every minute of it unfortunately the director did not know what he was doing he did not take the employees opinions into consideration and even when he was doing things wrong he still wanted them done his way. The people are great the government was awesome and I hope i can return one day

Great place to work. great energy and environment. Winter is great and summers are better in this great place built by the pueblo of Pojoaque. They offer great opportunities and employment for Pojoaque and surrounding areas.
The people that work there most of them are very friendly and great to support. The management there however is not. It is a place that only looks out for themselves and shall I say if you are a friend in the business you are safe if not they will let you go without any reason. Until the management changes in the business they have and continue to left go a good workers.
Difficult work place , based on lack of compact inclusion.

As most industry savvy people, the POP has experienced difficult financial times on an on-going basis. On Sep 28th., they will appear before the 10th circuit court of appeals in Denver who will make the determination as to whether or not they'll be permitted to operate in the absence of a Gaming Compact Over spending and poor operational management are the main culprits in this downslide.
