A very stressful environment.
Work days were filled with a lot of meetings when there is way too much work to be done with impossible deadlines. The computer programs that were used need to be much better. There are a few in the offices that you always have to watch you back around, or they will have you under the bus without you even knowing what was going on. The hardest part - more ... of the job is seeing where the business could/needs improved but no one to listen to ideas or to act on any improvements. - less
