It is very helpful to be a people person in this customer service based line of work. The work is actually easy IF everyone one on each shift does their part. So will most customer service jobs, communication between management and co-workers is essential.

My manager was told a couple lies then she proceeded to "prove" said lies with video, no audio capabilities. Fired on lies. Bad management. Wrongful firing maybe even a rule break or two.
