Working here you need to have stamina to keep up with the children on a daily basis, be able to be goofy and joke around with the kids and their families to make them feel comfortable and happy. You have to keep a very close eye on every child in your party to make sure they are safe and well cared for during the duration of their time there.

Great boss, great people. There's a good amount of room to grow. Started at PIU when I was a teenager and I watched a bunch of people grow up as well as myself.

I personally loved everything the managers, my co-workers. It’s an easy job the only thing really is cleaning sometimes it can take a while. Perfect for students really.

Fun work environment! Always a party. Different owners require different things of course but mine was amazing, understanding and very supportive. I enjoyed my time.

Pump it up has provided me with a lot of experience. Customer service is important throughout the job and helps prepare for more jobs in the future. Management was not the best, it was more about the money than the experience. Everyone I worked with in my level was great, they all became friends but many people didn’t work as hard as others. One person always had to carry the team. Some of the goals required were unattainable.
