Poor management and lack of direction
UX Designer (Former Employee) –  San Francisco, CAMarch 6, 2012
The lack of knowledge of the project at hand when I started working at Punchcut was a surprise. Then, I found out that I replaced someone who was only there for a few weeks that they "didn't like the quality of her work". Excluded from all project meetings and client meetings I had no gauge of whether my work was fitting in with the client's goals. Additionally, they let the main Interaction Designer go who was working on the project from the beginning, shortly after I got there. Overall, a horrible place to work that rests on a positive reputation. Not worth the time or energy!
