I really enjoyed my tenure at Purchasing Power! The culture was awesome they were still growing the business & the business units were expanding. The people were fun to work with and the benefits were unmatched!

Lots of favoritism and unprofessionalism

Seriously the most unprofessional management I've ever experienced. Executives and managers play favorites. Managers know very little about the work their team does. Some managers play serious favorites. The entire business model comes off as a bit sketch as well. Upsides were occasional company parties and a decent benefits package. Co-workers are pretty nice, the attitude was we were all in it together. The office space was nice. Overall, the bad outweighed the good.

Best company I’ve ever worked for

Just hate my job. CEO is nice & down to earth. The company is big on diversity. Juneteenth is a paid holiday for us and serious outside issues that affect the employees are addressed properly. Best morale you’ll ever find in a company.

Work life balance

I loved the work life balance but some of the management was some of the worse individual’s that I had ever worked with. Policies and procedures were quite out of date and needed someone that knew the industry come in and re vamp them not someone that has been working there for several years and feels as though each department.

Great pay. Hard to advance and passive aggressive environment

The pay is good, hard to advance and gain new skills, leadership will promise you many opportunities and never deliver. Certain leadership members are condescending and actively ignore employees needs.
