CAREER SERVICES COORDINATOR (Former Employee) – Lewiston, ME – September 29, 2018
The culture here is pretty good. You will do well if you are willing to accept the ways that private education works. The entry exam was extremely easy so there are a lot of students that need a lot of assistance and may not profit from their degree.
Nursing Faculty/Lab and Simulation Coordinator (Current Employee) – Augusta, ME – May 17, 2019
The hardest part about this job is the time required to conplete grading, planning, etc. You really don't have a day off and vacations are scheduled during the term and you do not have coverage and must re-arrange the schedule yourself.
It was like having your life being sucked out of you one mouse click at a time. If they want you to succeeded, then you will. It's more about who you know than what you know. And they do discriminate at the lower level of management. If your not a certain color shade, forget it!
Work hours can be flexable
Everything else. It's really just another call center.
