Nursing Faculty/Lab and Simulation Coordinator (Current Employee) – Augusta, ME – May 17, 2019
The hardest part about this job is the time required to conplete grading, planning, etc. You really don't have a day off and vacations are scheduled during the term and you do not have coverage and must re-arrange the schedule yourself.
Micromanagement for every thing you do or say. Your customer interactions are recorded and graded by quality control reviewers who have no concept of what a customer interaction should be. You are required to say nonsensical things to customers that make you sound incompetent and insincere. There is NO upward mobility available and no pay increases for years. You can receive the company award for best employee in the department and be fired in the next two weeks due to a problem with the grading statistics. There are no exceptions made even if their grading statistics are wrong and they admit their grading statictics are wrong.
benefits and time off
Micromanagement, job instability, high levels of stress, Quality Assurance is garbage, managment is a joke, employees are leaving constantly for good reasons.
ADMISSIONS ADVISOR (Current Employee) – Fort Lauderdale, FL – June 4, 2019
The culture and environment was fantastic. I was lucky enough to have 3 fantastic managers. However, the company is going through changes and growth, so the requirements of employees and job descriptions are not clear.
