Need more apportunies for late night workers

Hire supervisors and employees with the required soft skills, dependable, hardworking. Not just the ones that you can control to do your bidding. Do not rehire people that have been terminated for poor performance/attendence.

Better pay for service workers. The pay for these people is shameful - and they are the ones who keep Purdue and their buildings looking great! More pay for administrative support personnel.
