Pure Barre is an excellent work environment. You get to interact with clients as well as receive useful training that can be applied to other jobs. The owner is fair and is willing to go above and beyond!

The owner defines your experience
Member Consultant (Former Employee) –  IllinoisOctober 22, 2019
Pure Barre is a franchise, therefore the owner defines the overall experience you will have as a employee. Pure Barre Studio's in genera are a lot of fun to work at. It is not an opportunity to earn a lot. We were not paid well on an hourly rate there was no commission offered.
Pros
schedul flexibility
Cons
low pay no comission

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT/INSTRUCTOR (Former Employee) –  New Braunfels, TXSeptember 8, 2019
Like any business the work culture is dependent on the owner and general manager. The workout is amazing and the clients make it all worth it. I really did enjoy my time with Pure Barre,
