Medical, Pension, paid vacations, training
Health benefits are decent; great time off benefits; firm is closed every year between Christmas and New Year's.

Thus, they check all the squares in terms of offering, but contribute minimally as a company. Partner benefits are much more robust.

Besides Medical, dental and 401K. We shutdown from Christmas to New Years. Three weeks vacation to start and 4 weeks after 2 years. Flexibility on start time. Can work remote 1 day a week when not one of the busy periods.
