The professional staff received 5% raises. The administrative staff always received 2% - 3%. The admin staff would be happier if they were compensated the same.
More work-life balance
Change micro- management. train people on what they will actually will be doing on the floor. and allow time to build your production speed up. After 3 weeks they expect you to be a pro at resolving claims and you can not if the collector 2 send claims back for simple resolution
I would suggest that they improve relationships between staff and upper management, especially those that do not have mentorship relationships
Incentivize Partners to share revenue/sales credit.
No advice here, they have the system down pat and it works
for them.
Invest in your people (industry certifications, traceable quality feedback sessions, etc)
It is hard to say since they personally did a great job making the largest public accounting firm in the world a great working experience for me.
Provide more flexibility
