Give cost of living and merit raises. I've been an employee for 5 years with no raise and case rate reductions.
Reimburse technology costs. Instead they require you to pay out of pocket for a Microsoft upgrade that is mandated to work there.

I have worked for Q-Centrix for four years with no raise... Your tenured employees desire a raise in wage especially with the dwindling case rates.

Give benefits at hire
Compensate non-exempt employees for all hours spent working
Pay fair wage and institute system for raises

Turnover would be greatly decreased which would save enough money to offset any increase in expenses.
