Productive and fun workplace providing people with new to the area options to combat pain naturally.

Indeed Featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Exciting opportunity to assist people affected by acute injury or chronic pain rehabilitate naturally without the use of pain medication or other potentially life altering/lifestyle interrupting surgery. Clinical team is positive and upbeat and days are busy with a steady flow of patients back to back. Very little downtime for breaks but lunch is catered by generous owners everyday. Majority of MA job function is to draw and process biologic for injection so if you like a challenge, there is a learning curve at the beginning to ensure proper specimen processing utilizing patented science but the work is meaningful and the patient population is awesome too.

Pros

Clinical staff, fun learning encouraged environment, flexible schedule/good work life balance, catered lunch!

Cons

Busy days for someone who may like a more laid back clinic schedule.

Poor management toxic work environment

The management is terrible. They do not care about the patients or the staff and are only worried about making money. No one in the company stays long because of how toxic work environment is. Pay is pretty good but at a cost

Awful, worst clinic I’ve ever worked for

Management is terrible and favoritism definitely plays a huge role in that. The schedule was always inconsistent. The workplace culture was toxic and slightly prejudice. Management was hardly present during clinic hours, which created a multitude of issues involving staff and concerned patients. The patients were great. However, I would not recommend anyone apply. The company hired most of us as a “revamp” to gain better reviews. We originally started with 5 medical assistants. 3/5 (including myself) parted ways within the first 3 months.

QC kinetics is great! Just NOT IN MIDLAND

UNORGANIZED, CONTRADICTIVE INSTRUCTIONS, NOT YOUR NORMAL, FRANCHISEE, VERY AMATEUR! Everyone complains about upper management (owners), so when someone brings it to their attention, they get let go no real job duties they say part time, but then they want you to work full-time doing things that are not in your corporate job description

Pros

Weekly pay checks

Cons

No communicative skills, horrible management, amateur franchise

Would not recommend anyone to work there

What is the best part of working at the company? The co workers I was blessed to work with was the only good thing and best thing. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Zero organization, lack of communication from management, lack of supplies to preform our job, retaliation from management for speaking up on issues. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Stressful from management, but I personally worked with a team with medical knowledge and ghat was caring for the patients. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Different everyday sometimes there was work and it was messy sometimes we showed up and we’re sent home

Start up that grew too w/out a plan

What is the best part of working at the company?Pay is commensurate to responsibilities What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Corporate leadership is fragmented, no franchise experience and chaotic. Poor communication, extremely low morale. All afraid to speak up but all job hunting wanting to go elsewhere. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Culture is non existent since owners removed themselves from operations. Work environment is petty and most unhappy even remote workers. But stay until new opportunities come up. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Each clinic has a model to follow but corp clinics are NOT the most successful. The franchise owners who do their own thing, under a strong marketing VP, are most successful in TX. Clinics in other areas are successful if they have a strong sales person and Dr. But otherwise all else are struggling. We as FSMs are most valuable to the success of a clinic and FTMs should be eliminated.

Do not recommend

Horrible experience. Never been treated so poorly by a company before. No respect for the health care provider, didn’t even send me my last paycheck despite numerous promises to do so.

Pros

Pay was fair

Cons

No on-site leadership, Everything was managed from another state. Even the owner lives in another state.

Good Part Time

Only one day per week, paid lunch.Only drawback is wearing many hats. Working from desk, back clinic, and alot of administrative duties such as inventory, end of day account reconciliation, and procurement.

Performance is rewarded - Fulfilling and Exciting

I know others have mentioned that this company is "growing too fast", and that inherently is a negative. I disagree. Performance is rewarded in any company that expects the growth of it's employees to match the growth of the company. I enjoyed my time at QC because I was rewarded for my efforts to make the company successful. They were definitely fast paced and sometimes long days but the end goal was helping patients, and at 2 days per week, it was a STEAL for the money that I was making. I moved cities or else I would still be there.

Pros

Free Lunch, Growth Potential, Performance Recognition, Mission Based

Cons

Stressful Days

Great company, concept, compensation, and owner!

This is a franchise so every office is probably different. I've read the other comments describing horrible management at other locations, but that's not the case in Mishawaka. It's a great workplace run by a generous and conscientious manager and owner. It's a great concept and I like that we're helping patients, but the days are very busy and we sometimes get out late, but it's not every week.

Pros

Free lunches, great management, friendly owner, pays well.

Cons

Open only 1-2 days per week, no insurance provided.

Amazing opportunity

Great career opportunity to diversify resume and work beside amazing professionals and patients ! Great hours , M-F and weekends / holidays off. No PTO , No 401k, no healthcare, no mileage reimbursement. This is a part time company , so expect part time benefits .

Tacky

The company is attempting to grow too fast and as a result, the corporate staff keeps resigning - which then trickles down to the franchise level. Clinics are only open ONE day a week so your clinic days will be slammed and stressful.

Pros

Free lunch

Cons

No hours no money

Poor management and disorganization

Good vision into the future; however, the organization is so poorly managed and communicated. Sometimes you do not even know your schedule until the day before.

Pros

Claims to be regenerative medicine; good training

Cons

Disorganization, chaotic all the time

Great team work atmosphere

Wonderful staff and management. Busy environment but great support from corporate to site with all aspects of care. It’s a great place to work and see patient's improving with regenerative medicine.

Management, or lack thereof, is a huge problem

There is no actual management, which is unfortunate, as the company has so much potential if ownership/management were better. People are promised one thing when hired, then something different once they start working.

Pros

Patients, met some great people

Cons

Everything else

Great place to work long hours

Overall great company to work for with great people and great staff. Great experience with learning the different injection techniques and orthopedic exams. Allot of driving if you work at the various locations and the days typically don't end at 1700 more like 1800-1900. Overall a good company to work for good management

Pros

Free Lunch, Mileage Reimbursement

Cons

Long Days
