Customer Serivce Representative in New Holland, PA
on March 16, 2022
I have worked for this Company for many years now. There have been many positive changes to reflect the workforce's desires/needs in a Company. You feel the culture here and your opinion is very much valued. Leadership is always working on ways to strengthen and brighten the future here at QCCI. I started out as a "low man on the totem pole" myself and worked my way up into many different positions and gained lots of experience over the years. If you work hard and prove yourself daily by showing up and doing a great job you will be able to float around and you will be promoted and that is facts. There is an equal opporunity for growth and I can say that first hand. Your hard work is recognized and appreciated. Your concerns (should you have any) will not fall on deaf ears. All is all-QCCI is a really great place to work!
Office Work in New Holland

The company has had its struggles, as I'm sure most companies, however it says something about a company when the average length of employment is over 20 years. Some have been here for 40+ years. There is something different here that I haven't experienced in other companies - people genuinely want everyone else to be successful. You don't see the office politics or drama.

Good luck to whoever works for this company. Worst job experience for me for sure. The new production floor manager said he doest even know how to do most of the jobs. What a joke.

I liked the company but they don't exhibit the culture they claim. Many employees are told they are valued, but when push comes to shove, loyalty to the company is forgotten.

I started at a low sander and work myself up learning everything I could and be useful for anything because I wanted to succeed in the company and in my life to provide for my family. The company gave you opportunities to succeed and become someone and somebody in the field.
