Customers are fantastic! Employee's and mangers not so much.
It’s not a job you want if you care about quality food. Honestly considering many jobs will pay more starting out than Qdoba, even my local Taco Bell pays the same starting wages now. Managers and shift leaders are usually incompetent. Your coworkers will usually be apathetic. For some reason every single one of my supervisors were well over 21 yet none of them have driver’s licenses. Qdoba is where you go if you don’t have a lot goIng on for you in life.
Repetitive, tedious, tiring. Some managers will make you pay for food, others won't. It's not necessarily hard, but it does get kind of stressful when you have a million tasks to do all at once. Lots of dishes to wash.
Hectic and crazy

It's average. Employees can be somewhat hostile and unprofessional.
